Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical and digital products purchased from Dynamkneesshine through dynamkneesshine.ddd. We aim to handle all return requests fairly and transparently.
2. Physical Products
Print reference cards, module sets, and other physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all included materials intact.

- Include your order reference number and reason for the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Digital Products
Digital platform access and downloadable materials are generally non-refundable once access credentials have been delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a possible refund at our discretion.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional shipping cost.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your product selection, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, missing components, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom or personalized orders may not be returnable unless defective.
